load information and also so that we can send you our introductory information
and so that we can keep you up to date with our operations.

How do our rates and schedules work? For a complete description of
how we either preload containers before you arrive, you can go to our home page and tour our site.
Box Trotters goal is to communicate clearly with our valued carriers.
We will discuss and agree to or not agree to certain performance conditions
with our customers before we ask you to haul our containers. For example,
some drivers will help shippers load a container, while some will not.
Some carriers will provide a "stay-with" while the shipper self
loads. Some drivers are simply interested in going to a terminal, getting
a loaded box dropped onto his/her flatbed, driving to destination, and
having the container removed from his/her truck. It's up to you to tell
us exactly what level of service that you want to participate in.

This following rate table is designed to help you not only submit
your rates today, but to update you rates with us, as time passes. We are
excited about the prospect of your hauling for us and we look forward to
a long lasting, and prosperous relationship. You may find a discrepancy
in some of the miles suggested. The miles are there as an average. When
it comes down to an actual move, we'll get the specific miles that you
are quoting on.
To fill out your rates, you will see 3 columns below, labeled at
the top with full load rate per mile, partial load rate per mile, and a
misc. note column that you may want to mention about this particular lane.
You don't have to fill out all the entries, if you don't haul into
and out of a particular region. Just fill out the lanes that you are interested
in hauling in.
Are you in and out of these areas on a scheduled basis? Weekly? Bi-monthly
perhaps. If so, you may want to indicate so, in an attached e-mail to us.
Finally. If you can suggest any ways that we can improve your rate
submissions to us, then please let us know so that we can serve you better.
We will be adding more lane destinations as time passes. Perhaps you can
suggest some lanes that you would like to see us add.
Flatbed Truck Service. Hauling 20' ocean containers
Containers will be empty and loaded with used household goods.
Container Tare Wt. 5,800 lbs. Payload will range from 1,000 lbs to
6,000 lbs per container. A 48' flatbed is capable of hauling 2, 20' containers.
Standard air ride or spring chassis service. Step deck low profile
decks are ideal but not required.
